You can buy a Whynter WC28S for pretty cheap used. This wine cooler is therm-electric, so you don't have a compressor to deal with, and it has the full space available inside. You can also keep the installed fan, light and thermometer and just unplug the chiller and rear fan. I'll have pictures of mine posted soon.
