I see you posted this under General Herp. Is this a BP your are talking about or another kind of snake?
For BP's just double check your husbandry (especially making sure your BP has a warm spot with a 88-93 degree surface temp). Do not attempt to feed your BP again for at least 2 weeks. The enzymes in his stomach need time to rebalanced themselves. If you attempt to feed before 2 weeks you run a high risk of having it happen again.
BP regurgitations tend to be the result of prey items being too big, not completely thawed out, handling the BP after their meal, or inadequate heat to help the BP digest their meal.
