welcome aboard.how interesting that yesterday i read a article on north dakota,your state is doing the best in the nation in a bunch of catagories: half the unemployment of the national rate.
very low crime rate.
ND just lowered taxes due to a surplus budget.
housing is a real bargain etc.etc.
i wish Michigan would follow suite,we are on the other end of the spectrum.
