The weight of a growing Ball Python depends greatly on how much the BP eats. Being 200g at 7 months you can get a general idea that either the BP isn't a great eater. Maybe not a bad eater, but definitely not a great one.

Either that or the breeder hasn't been offering the BP food very often or hasn't been offered appropriately sized prey items.
