Just want to make certain they weren't locked when you seperated them. This can severely damage the hemipenes.
As far as pairing them again, yes, continue to pair them up regularly. Let them rest between pairings and try and keep them eating. I have males that never go off feed and can breed non stop, but some need to be shut down if they go off feed and lose weight. The females usually start feeding heavily when they are developing eggs, but go off feed when the eggs get larger and they are close to laying.
