If what you're saying is that you want to produce a snake that exhibits all three of those traits from breeding two Piebald, Genetic Stripe, Clown hets, than your chances are 1 in 64. But as was said, if you just want one of each from breeding hets of each, your chance each time is 1 in 4. Either way, good luck!!
