Thanks. I think not being 100% confident palpating makes me anxious too. If I felt follicles then at least I would know wwe are on the right track!! Thanks for the tip!

I can only imagine how stressful it is. I'm losing my mind waiting for one of my mini donkeys to go into labor! I've been breeding miniature donkeys for a few years (11-14mo. gestation period -_-), lost one at birth and another 2day old had to be euthanized.. THAT'S stressful, lol but not nearly as much attention is required for donkeys as is for eggs!

Re: Who has NOT gotten eggs yet?

I have two females that are due to lay in 11 days. Its my first year breeding, so its very exciting for me. One was a pastel female x cinnamon male, and a normal female x pastel, yellow belly, and cinnamon. But i thing the cinnamon got the job done. Good luck to every one.

My girl has been locking since AUGUST... nothing yet, although she seems to be building, she is getting quite lumpy looking and bowl wrapping and doing a little side laying... She shed a week ago... I hope SOON!

No eggs! I'm actually worried that my pied is still too small and may be reabsorbing her follicles now, because they don't feel any bigger. But she's continuing to lock with both the black pastel and the het pied, so, okay. I guess we'll keep on trying.
