As for letting them out no problem with that BUT they are masters of escape. They can disappear in a moment, so you must be aware at all times. On to the head shy, many will simply outgrow this as they get more comfortable with you and being handled etc. I do however have a killer bee male who is over 650 grams and even so he is super head shy. He'll even stay in whatever position you place him as long as his head is hidden. I guess my answer is it just depends on the snake. Hope that helps![]()
