    I bought a Hogg Island boa!

    I went to the Columbus, OH reptile show on Saturday to buy a young male Hogg Island boa. But I only found one female there.
    So I hopped on kingsnake and found my little guy there. He will be arriving in the mail tomorrow. This is the breeder's picture. I was looking for one with lots of speckles and this guy had a neat striped tail. I bought him from DTS Herps. I can't wait! He is my first boa. I will post box opening pics tomorrow!
    1.2 het pied ball pythons, Hoyt, Suzanna & Rayne
    1.0 Hog Island boa, Dax
    1.0 albino ball python, Marty
    1.0 poodle, Vegas
    2.0 guinea pigs, Ralphie and Randy

    They don't get as large as the common red tail do they?
