I did a little research on the area code and if it wasn't already completely obvious that this guy is a total scammer, here's the proof:

"As far as I can tell there is no US area code 237. It is a number used by scammers. The country of Cameroon has a 237 area code. It is somewhere near Nigeria."

What's the conclusion of this story? It's been entertaining and I was just wondering how it all went. Is there some way to hand over all the correspondence to the police, animal control, or someone for fraud? My family raises birds and we see a lot of this too. Bad grammar and a 'wrong feeling' are the first clue. Most of the time its from over seas and is very hard to track. Blah. Anyways Thanks for sharing.
