Sequencing the ball python genome?
Wouldn't that be cool? To sequence like 50-100 animals, including morphs? And then maybe we'd be able to figure out which of our poss hets are actually hets, and which genes cause kinking & wobbling. Etc.
Who's got a bunch of start-up money burning a hole in their pocket? A biologist buddy would probably also help.

Do you have a plan, and budget?

While DNA sequencing is getting really cheap, it is still not a trivial process, let alone a higher organism such as a ball python.
And even then, there's not much value in sequencing its genome. If you wanted to look at definite hets vs WT you would first have to know what gene was mutated. And identifying the single gene responsible for pastel or albino isn't going to be easy; especially since AFAIK there isn't much, if any, research being done on snake genomes to use as the groundwork.
