A quick search brought up this caresheet. Looks like the person who wrote it has worked with them for a fair amount of time. I know that most horned lizards have a diet primarily of ants. That could be the most difficult part of keeping them.

That tells you about how to feed the ants, etc. and the price of ordering.

Re: horny toad AKA horned lizard

whoa ...i used to catch those lizards ALL the time as a kid when i lived in california. i never tried to keep any as pets but i DO know that if they feel threatened they'll squirt blood out of their eye and they're deadly accurate too. it's a defense mechanism aimed at startling a would be predator.
oh and DO NOT let your finger tips end up directly behind the horns at the back of their head...they are MUCH stronger then they appear and WILL put their head back and you'll get a pretty strong poke from the horn. i've been bitten a couple times and they're pretty strong there too but from experience with them they'd really rather not bite.
they do primarily eat ants cuz i've seen the exposed throats of those unfortunate lizards killed by our cats and 99% of the contents within was ants.
hmmm, that's really all i got as far as info on them...probably not the actual care info you need but just a couple handy tips if you havent found that stuff out yet.
    good luck.
