Bulge in stomach 1 week??

That is not normal. There is an obstruction and it's preventing the snake from processing food. I would really take it to the vet. Maybe an abscess or something but it really needs to be looked at.

Agreed. Something's blocking her up... and the rest of her upper body looks quite thin. I've had a blood get a blockage from a buildup of urates, but it was lower down (and my fault for housing her in a bad temporary setup some years back). I don't always jump to tell people to go to the vet, especially if there isn't a knowledgeable reptile vet available, but I would agree about this case.

Have you tried soaking the snake for a few hours?

How often are you offering fresh water?

I don't handle her after feeding for 5 days
I've tried soaking in the past and she never would pass anything
Water is changed every other day

I do know a local breeder here that breeds balls and boas, I'm gonna try and contact him today and see where he suggests to take her. I'm not sure if he is on the forums here.

Got her to a vet last saturday, and he thinks that it is something she hasn't fully digested. Told me to soak her in warm water and gently massage the area. Now she is still the same and has lost some weight and does not move around more than she needs to. Going to try and find another vet to go to.

Find a different vet. That area needs an ultrasound or X-ray asap.

The vet I talked with wants to avoid doing an surgery, and talked about some type of scope and another kind of xray, but as i said he doesn't have that type of equipment. Probably gonna be making lots of calls tomorrow and maybe taking a day off work. Wife thinks i a little crazy but oh well.

Ok Just left the vet clinic, drove a little over an hour. He pushed a lot of stool out of her and ran test on it. Said that her stomach was backed up and probably wouldn't have been able to pass the biggest parts without any problems, and gave me antibiotics to inject to help with any infections that may have accumulated inside her.

Id just double check temps and maybe even raise the humidity up a bit.

All the while making sure to give nice clean fresh water at least every other day.

Keeping them too dry seems to be a common factor in instances like this.

Humidity I have had some issues with I'm going to get her a new hide and add some moss to help with humidity. He also suggested to soak her do half an hour to help with dehydrating.

Id soak as long as a couple hours even

Ive soaked snakes for 2-3 hours at a time.

A regular soaking program is something you will find some Blood people utilize.
