We thaw them out overnight and then put them on 11 inch flexwatt. Make sure there's no water/condensation on the flexwatt or you'll have crock pot rats that fall apart. This is an old pic of our setup, I've added a piece of clear plexiglas over the flexwatt because it's easier to clean up the plexi.
