    Good starters?

I know there are probably a hundred threads like this but... I'm new to the BP world and am wondering what some good starter morphs. I will be getting a male Spider and a female Pastel in about a month. I am in love with all the Bee morphs, and I am interested in possibly breeding in a couple of years.

    Buy what you like!

Cinnamon, mojave, lesser, fire, yellowbelly are all good "starter" snakes.

Well, since you're new to ball pythons I would suggest any co-dom morphs or hets. They supposedly make you the most money, but remember that it shouldn't really be all about the money. So, I suggest you get what you like the most.

Its definitely not about the money. I really won't be breeding enough to make that much anyway. lol A better question. What should I get to make the Queen and Killer Bee morphs. Should I start with the bumble bee for either of those?

Queen bee = bumblebee x lesser

Killer bee = bumblebee x pastel

There are other combos to make those (i.e., with supers or multi x multi). A bumblebee would be a good starter...

I would start with a bumble bee and a pastel lesser like that you have a chance for a queen bee and a killer bee the first time.

I would buy a double combo male, such as bumble bee and then perhaps two single morph females. Maybe a pastel and a lesser and you should be able to produce you "killer" bees a queen bee and killer bee. Hope this helped, or if your budget is tight buy a double morph male and two normal females.
