To breed or not to breed?

My friend has a spider female around 1450g she'd like to breed to my pastel male. My male went to stay with her as she wants her female up to 1500 at the very least before pairing them up. She will be moving a few hours away in August. So she's asked me if her female and my male could come here and be bred here. Only thing is I'll be moving this summer too possibly as early as June. Im waiting on eggs from one girl and I have another two girls in with males.

What would be the best option here? My move will be 30 minutes away tops. Should she breed at her house, mine, or wait till next season?

Well since they are together or will be by the time they come back to you, they will be in QT together. You are only moving 30 minutes away, I say go for it, it's not like you are moving across country.

I had a hard time following what was written, now i'm wondering why are you asking? If the snakes have eggs, shes gonna have eggs regardless of moving or not.

The spider female and pastel male have not been paired yet. I have OTHER females I'm breeding but so far no follicles. I'm asking if because of me moving should she breed them at her place and risk transporting a gravid female or eggs several hours , should I breed them here and if she's gravid or we have eggs from her it's less than a 30 minute drive, or should we wait till next season?

Sorry if I'm not making much sense. I'm having to post this from my phone and it keeps slowing down and freezing so I'm having to type quickly and give you the short version

I'm asking because I want to know if me transporting gravid females or eggs for 30 minutes would harm the eggs or mother. Obviously her breeding them at her place would be easier for breeding since the female is already there and would not need to acclimate to a new environment before breeding. But females can take a variety of timeliness to eggs. For instance it could take as little as 3 months from first pairing to ovulation. Or it could take 6 months or more. August is only 5 months away so if she bred them at her place she risks transporting a gravid female or eggs.

If I breed them here the female likely won't begin locking right away. This might be a good thing because it gives us a chance to move before she becomes gravid. But she could become gravid before I move (in the case of us moving after June ) but it'll be less than 30 minutes away as we are looking for an apartment close by.

She really does not want to wait for next season and if she does she might not be able to use my male. While a pastel male is cheap she doesn't want to own one which is why she wants to use mine.

Keep them with you, transporting a gravid female or eggs on a 30 min trip is no big deal
