I'm asking because I want to know if me transporting gravid females or eggs for 30 minutes would harm the eggs or mother. Obviously her breeding them at her place would be easier for breeding since the female is already there and would not need to acclimate to a new environment before breeding. But females can take a variety of timeliness to eggs. For instance it could take as little as 3 months from first pairing to ovulation. Or it could take 6 months or more. August is only 5 months away so if she bred them at her place she risks transporting a gravid female or eggs.

If I breed them here the female likely won't begin locking right away. This might be a good thing because it gives us a chance to move before she becomes gravid. But she could become gravid before I move (in the case of us moving after June ) but it'll be less than 30 minutes away as we are looking for an apartment close by.

She really does not want to wait for next season and if she does she might not be able to use my male. While a pastel male is cheap she doesn't want to own one which is why she wants to use mine.
