As dorky as this is, the Harry Potter series I couldn't put down. I'm currently reading Witch & Wizard by James Patterson. I also loved Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom and The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. Very good books.

I have to agree, that series was amazing! That was actually the last book I've read, that wasn't for college at least. I was reading 100-200 pages every day of research papers, articles, and the most boring journals my professors could possibly find. I still haven't had the urge to pick up a book and I graduated in December. I used to be a big reader! Someday I'll enjoy reading again!

I know what you are saying. I have to read close to 150 pages this week of Java programming. I like programming, but reading line after line of code can get pretty boring. It is tough to pick up a book after all that reading, but I do still read when I can. It definitely takes me a lot longer to read now since I started school.

My favorite book is "Commerce Through Community". The book was co-wrote by Orrin Woodward (#7 leadership expert in the world) and Chris Brady (#12 leadership expert in the world)!!

It's difficult for me to find books that grab my attention, though. By far, my favorite author is Dean Koontz.. I have a collection of about half of the books he's written so far, from some of the first he wrote under a different name to the newest ones. He's an incredible thriller, suspense author. My favorite book of all time is The Watchers by Dean Koontz.. oh my god, I can't tell you how amazing that book was, I didn't want to put it down once I started.

I love to read and agree with you Kymberli, about the electronic readers not having quite the same impact, lol! The latest book I'm reading is: In Darkest Africa: Or the Quest, Rescue, and Retreat of Emin Governor of Equatoria, by Henry M. Stanley. It's a bit heavy-handed in some of the "attitude" that's presented towards people, as it was written during Britain's colonial days and as such reflects the attitudes of the time but as far as content and what took place during his expedition...wow!
