Well, it depends on the overall size of the snake, and since he's small for his age, I'd say just a little plumper than he is right now would be good, around 170-180 grams. It sounds like you have a good feeding schedule for him though, so I would just keep doing what you're doing and he'll be happy.
As far as I know (and I'm definitely not an expert when it comes to corn genetics) the motley gene is related to the pattern, so I don't think it would affect the color. It seems like all snows vary in color as they age, and some are just more yellow than others. You just got lucky with him!! He's so beautiful!! Like I said before, my snow is very pale white with virtually no yellow on her. I'm sure some breeders breed for the yellow, so that must be the case with yours.
