    I pop my snakes right out of the egg to know my sex ratio and than again when they go in their own individual tub.

    I keep them in the same tub (on damp paper towel) until they all have their first shed, once they have their first shed I put them in their own tub and proceed to offer their first meal 2 to 3 days later.

    If they don't take that first meal I try again a week later.

    I start my hatchlings on rat crawlers, those that do not take rats are started on mice hoppers.

    I keep interaction to a strict minimum (maintenance)
