Good luck with your rescue. I know when i rescued my lemon pastel his shed was so bad that what was stuck, which was almost all of it, he looked black. Congrats on the success with your rack, thats my next project.

    Re: new rack, new life.

First congrats on the new rack, and getting your trouble eaters to eat. Second I think that is great that you are taking the time, energy, and money to help a neglected snake. I wonder how people can neglect their pets, but I honestly think many people don't know any better....

Best of luck in the rehab,

    Morgan

thanks guys...in response to the "people dont know any better" comment.... does work with me. I understand husbandry can be an issue at times... but come on... a little research could be the difference between life and death

NO, some people just dont care about anything but themselves! They just want to be able to say "I have a _______"

    Re: new rack, new life.

Let me give u a tip for getting a new addition to eat who is a problem eater

    Time.

Simple as that. You bring a new one in and u rush into feeding it... All your doing is building stress on top of stress.

Give it a week, maybe two, heck if u want give it 3. He will be fine not eating trust me. Let it get used to the new environment he will eat. I highly doubt the snake is going to stave itself to death. But it surely isnt going to eat loaded with stress.
