They are not in that state. These adds are posted all over the USA. They tend to use kijiji more than anything but sometimes they try CL. There was another member on here who asked about one of these adds. Seemed upset that everyone said it was a scam. This person flat out said they were going to risk it because it was such a good deal. This is why these people are still getting away with this. That really bothers me. That a person like that would not take the advice of an entire community who has seen this countless times. Trust me, we don't want the email so we can get one over on you and get some really cheap snakes. It is a guaranteed scam.

These are African based scams. They have been using the same methods for years. Guaranteed scam. Period.
