    Get a smaller tub. You don't need one quite that large and he could hurt himself.

    They don't need more than 12" of space, really.

    You should have two hides. One on his warm side and one on his cool side.

    What do you use to warm his tank? Under the tank heater (UTH). Lights? Do you measure the temerature in his home? He should be around 90 on his warmside, and around 80 on his cool side. I know a lot of pet stores don't stress the importance of proper temperature monitoring. Do you use a thermastat? Sometimes when a tank is uncomfortable for a snake they will move around a lot (although it is probably just because it is a new enclosure).

    30cm is less than 12in...I've never heard of a BP getting hurt from falling less than a foot...

    I use heater+ heat pad, is that ok!?
    I keep the temperature around 25~30'C
