    Problems with RBI cage

A couple days ago I received my RBI cage, it took a while due to weather and such. I got the package with a few holes in the packaging, and opened it to find that it had two small dents in it. I didn't want to return it, so I didn't mind. However, after setting it up, I woke up to find that the acrylic door no longer works? Did it warp over night? I'm really at a loss here. The left side no longer fits and it's really frustrating that, that would just happen for no reason.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it? I'm not very handy, it just looks like the acrylic door is too big to fit into the hole it was made for... Btw it worked fine before.

I was going to do that if I couldn't get help here. Thanks, I'll do that now.

    Re: Problems with RBI cage

I called Rich and he was nice and told me it was most likely because the cage wasn't sitting flat. However, I didn't want the heating pads to touch the floor... Any ideas? Or should I get some pegs to put at the bottom of the cage?

    Re: Problems with RBI cage

Okay, Rich was very helpful and helped me figure the whole thing out. Thanks guys, and Rich for being so nice and helpful.
I've got nothing bad to say about RBI. Things like this happen and it just shows that you're good at what you do when you can fix a problem within a few minutes over the phone with someone like Rich.
