    Good question.

Many lines are compatible, but I'm FAIRLY certain there are some that are not. It gets extra confusing because some snakes called "orange ghost", "hypo", "ghost", "green ghost", "tangerine ghost", "yellow ghost" are often compatible, and many in fact look nothing like any color associated with them.

Some ghost lines that are more recently imported from africa are untested in their compatibility as well..

If you breed 2 Ghost together say a Orange and Yellow or any other and get nothing but normals are those offspring all Double Het for 2 types/lines of Ghost or just Het. Ghost?

Best as I could collect, orange, yellow and all the other common colors are all the same thing.

green seems to be up in the air, some people say its compatible some say its not.

    blue is not.
    desert ghost is not.

butterscotch, orange, yellow, peach, gray are all the same thing, just different "tints" of hypo. you can bred an orange to an orange and get yellow, peach, gray, butterscotch and all other colors people like to say they are.

Re: question for breeding ghost cross line

It may be that more than one thing is being called "green ghost".

I used to have a male pastel who's father was a hypo mojave from TSK's "extreme hypo" line. Now I see TSK calling that founder female ghost "green ghost" in their online linage for any of their hypo mojaves. I had heard that others had already proven TSK's ghost compatible with the lager group when in 2009 I bred that pastel het TSK ghost (green/extreme) with a possible het ghost female from whatever Brian Sharp was selling years ago (I think it was called "yellow") and producing this:

Also, I seem to remember a post once by NERD explaining the origin of one of the other lines (don't remember if orange, yellow, or butterscotch) and I understood them to be saying the other line was selectively bred starting with what they described as a green ghost. I don't have any info to report on incompatible green ghost lines but seems I've recently read that report in forums.
