Even if you could find insurance for your actual snakes, "which you can't" it would be so expensive it wouldn't be realistic at all. I do think you can get vet insurance but that only pays for vet bills which I think someone already said.
Part of buying the expensive snakes is knowing that there is a risk that something could go wrong, just gotta take every precaution that you can to make sure it doesn't happen. Then cross your fingers and pray
