    Noob Question

I've never had a snake before and I want to get a normal bp some time soon but I want one as young as possible so I'm wondering when the 2011 clutches will start hatching, I keep checking different sites to see what's available but everything is still from 2010. Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, I'm new to this and still doing my research, I appreciate the help.

Actually getting a "well started" 2010 could be better than getting a brand new 2011. You can be pretty sure they are good eaters! Plus they won't be a whole lot bigger than a 2011, since a snake that is 6 months old (and likely been eating nothing larger than mouse hoppers or rat fuzzies) won't have grown too much.

    The choice is yours though!

Welcome to the boards by the way, you have come to the right place!
