    Approximate cost.....

How much should I expect to pay for a 2010 female albino bp?? Would a 2010 be considered a hatchling??

Just looking for a ballpark price.

    Thanks.

females will be more in the $500 ball park range and males are in the $350 range. Id still consider a 2010 a hatchling depending on when in 2010 it hatched.

    Re: Approximate cost.....

You can get a good high contrast female Albino for $400. This is what I paid for my last 3 Albino girls and they are all high contrast and great eaters.

I would recommend checking out a local reptile expo or checking Kingsnake's classifieds http://market.kingsnake.com/index.php?cat=32

Also I know Colin Weaver currently has a few Albino girls for sale. I would definitely recommend Colin as his Albino's are some of the best examples of the morph. http://market.kingsnake.com/detail.php?cat=32&de=836728

I saw females going for $400 at the Tinley show in October. I would say $400-$600 would be fair. If they are bigger girls, which most '10s should be by now, their price is probably going to be a tad more than for a hatchling.

    Re: Approximate cost.....

I've heard that young snakes tend to be pissy - how to I address this. My other bps were all a year old when I got them - this is my first baby.

    Any tips or advice

    Thanks

Just like any other new snake. Let it be for about a week or even more depending on its stress level.

Then slowly introduce handling. The only thing you can do is to continue to handle it. Younger snakes do tend to have attitudes, but with patience its easy to work past it.
Good luck and congrats on the new snake
