    My First Boa

I picked up this girl at the Ontario Reptile Expo (Toronto Area) in November. It's my first Boa, a Sonoran Desert Boa (which I'm told is also Het. for the Leopard trait). I've never really researched Boa morphs like I have BPs so I'm not sure if that's a high-end morph or not but I have no plans to breed her right now. She's just a really cool looking pet. Just thought I'd show her off to my BP.net friends.

Wow, she's super nice, congrats! I just got my first boa about a month ago. Great minds think alike

As for the leopard trait, it's one of my favorites although I don't know much about the value of it. Here's a picture, if you'd like... http://regiusco.ca/available_images/1279241847.jpg

    Again, congrats!

If you do, please let me know! I've always wanted a leopard, but never really found them, and since your in a neighboring province, perhaps we can work something out?

I'll keep that in mind. I'll let you know when I pick up a male het. to match her up with!

    Re: My First Boa

Your going to love your boa They are SO much different than balls. Ball pythons, IMHO, aren't really exciting to handle, more just admire their different patterns and temperaments. Boas are exciting to handle!

Congrats on the wonderful new addition, a beautiful one at that!
