Well it's 3/4 inch melamine and at my local home depot they have pre cut melamine with the edging already on it. The shelves I use are 16" x 36" and then the sides are 16" wide by like 84" maybe longer you just cut them down to the heigth you want/need. All it takes is to screw the sides to the shelves and run the heat tape and your done. I show how I do it in this vid...............Originally Posted by mdfreak2
