Congrats on the 3.5 pounds. Don't let the zero weeks get you down. Zero weeks are your motivation to work harder the next week. I workout at least three times a week, normally four. If it were not for my friend, I know I would not workout as often. It helps to have someone motivate you. We are both working to build muscle and lose fat. It is hard work, but it pays off in the end. I find eating right is the hardest part.
