EDIT: Question in the last paragraph, went kinda crazy talking about the snakes... sorry.
Hey guys, havent been on for a while, though the ball I got a year or 2 back is doing 100% and still has not skipped a feeding, very strong feeder.
I also have just adopted a 4ft Adult that has some very apparent battle wounds with what appeared to be from a rodent to large for it, most evidently it is missing half of one of its eyes so the eye just falls short of level with its head, as opposed to protruding like they are supposed to. It is feeding well on adult rats.
anyways! to the point! I want to give them some wood of some kind to climb on as both seem to enjoy hanging around. My question is, what kinds of wood are safe for them? I own a lot of aquariums and fish, and have a fair amount of aquarium driftwood, and was wondering if that was ok? More so Mopani as it isnt sharp like the Malaysian is. And aside from that what kind of wood could I collect outside and what would I need to do to it to make it ok? I mean obviously baking it for a while is a must, but shall I do anything else?
