Like I said before, I really don't think you need to worry about it that much. It doesn't look like anything too serious, and your temps are nowhere near what would cause a burn. I would wait and just keep an eye on it before you start disturbing your snake and doing soaks, etc
If she doesn't start getting dull and going into shed within the week, then I would think about starting treatments
