It's a neurological issue that is attached to the spider gene (also womas). In spiders is rarely an issue to worry about. Some can be really bad and some can seem to not wobble at all. Very few have it so bad that it's life threatening. All spiders wobble, the people who say they have a spider that doesn't wobble haven't looked at their snake close enough.
