Decisions, decisions
I'm having a really hard time trying to decide between two snakes. both are born in '10
the first is a male fire that has all of the beautiful blushing that i love. he's a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but if I ever want to start breeding I want to work with fire genes.
the second is a female pastel that is o.k. in my opinion unless it manages to keep its bright yellow coloration. it does have a lot of neat speckles along its side, its close to where I live, and is more in the price range I'm looking for.
any recommendations? Theres also a show coming up in february so I don't know if I should just wait. Maybe I'm just jumping the gun
0.1 normal - Constantine , 0.1 Spider - Lilu
3.0 doggies -Charlie (rottweiler), Luke (golden retriever), Dallas (german shepherd)
1.0 Betta fish - Norris
1.0 Rat - Forrest (R.I.P Mook and Milo)
1.0 frenchman

if the show is next month, I would just wait. plus it gives you more time to expand your price range

Wait for the NARBC show next month...you'll have way more choices at better prices.

Re: Decisions, decisions
thanks, i think that may be what I needed to hear my boyfriend's approach to this was "you don't need another snake" but what fun is that. I'm just scared i'll have my typical luck and I won't find anything

You'll have a hard time not finding what you want at any NARBC show.

Re: Decisions, decisions
Females take longer to mature, if you have plans to breed starting with females is the way to go IMO
Fire fire fire, hope for a fire sale
