Talking Dumeril's Boa At the Park Lol..

No one goes to my neighborhood park that much which means it's the awesomest place to take my Dumeril's boa to.

I did run into two people but I ensured them that she wasn't aggressive, "poisonous", etc.

    Here's a few pics

Size comparison pic just before I left

    Thanks for looking!

Also, I love taking pictures after pictures so if anyone wants to see a certain reptile in my collection let me know

Re: Dumeril's Boa At the Park Lol..

Nice looking Dumeril's! They've always been one of my favorite snakes and finally picked one up year before last. I don't understand why these aren't much more popular in the pet trade. I have a friend that owns a reptile shop and in over 30 years this is the one species that's never bit him. I don't even handle mine much and she stays dog tame even when I'm having to get a stuck shed off. They don't have much in the way of morphs but as far as pets go, I think these are even better than boa constrictors yet boa constrictors sell many times better compared to these. I guess just name recognition.

Very nice! Glad to see you did go to the park

Wish I could take my BP out to the park... But today it was only 40 degrees outside.... Makes for a very comfortable me but a not so comfortable snake.
