what will show?
on a dbl het clown/alb what traits would show, clown, albino, both, or none of the above?

none, they are both recessive, threrefore nothing visual shows in the heterozygous form

you need at the very minimum to breed the snake to another double het, to even have a chance at getting both traits expressed in the same snake. and a double het to double het on yields a 1/16 chance so chances arn't very good, but its most likely your only option.
