I've just accepted this as their version of a "wobble" (both of them don't show visible signs of a wobble except at the moment right before a strike) - we always feed them in a plastic feeding tub. I thought the plastic would be a "softer" smack in the face when they miss the rat compared to glass. We're always more vigilant with the tongs with those 2.

My spider is a great eater and usually catches his food on the first try, but he did grab the tongs one time that I fed him a fuzzy that was "supposed" to be a hopper when I first got him. I do not see any signs of wobble but maybe you are right. Maybe this was caused by a very insignificant wobble. TY
