For fires the first thing I notice is the fact it looks like someone sprinkled pepper all over it Then the flame blushing appearence on the bottom sides

Was a tread with comparison normal vs fire with pictures but i dont remember here or in Picture forum... do little Forum search and you should find it 
And I'm not really good with fires.. but that one looks like fire...

With out holding it I'm going to play it safe and say it is a light normal that the camera over exposed..
