CB70 / V70 .. Help please
I posted this in general herp already, but after consideration this is probably a more applicable section.
I recently ordered a rack from animal plastics and am trying to find the best place to buy my tubs, I have found cb70 iris tubs at reptiletubs for $14 each and Storables.com for about $10 each. I have been reading that the v70 is a good cb70 replacement but the quoted dimensions are different.
CB70 33 1/2" 17 3/4" 6"
V70 34" 17 1/2" 5.3"
Will the vision tub fit properly in a cb70 rack? I am worried there will be a gap at the top large enough for a possible escape. Thanks!

I personally wouldn't try out a different tub for an Animal Plastics rack. I've got a 3-tub CB70 rack and the tubs fit in so perfectly, that I cannot imagine going with a different type. I'm sure a quick call to Animal Plastics will clear it up for sure.

Simple answer to a silly question lol-I called them and it seems the v70 and cb70 both fit just fine. Not sure why I didn't think to call them but I'm glad you suggested it

Although I have never used the v70 tubs, they do sound like they are more sturdy than the cb70 tubs. However, I have used the cb70 tubs, and they work great. I never had any problems with them.
