How big should she be?
I'm just trying to get an average size for a year and half-old female. What would you look for the general length/weight to be?

Hmm, I don't have any females at a year and a half, but my male spider is that age and he's 850 grams. He's a big boy though. He grew like a weed! I would say anything around that would be average. I also have a mojo male the same age who is a tough feeder who is 400 grams. They can really range depending on how much they grow, how much they eat, etc.

Re: How big should she be?
Ah okay. She's about 400g I would think but she eats well and she's pretty long. Although she's supposed to be on F/T young rats I couldn't find any at the time so I got larger F/T mice. But they're not even as big around as she is! I'm wondering if I should offer two mice or what?

My female was hatched around may last year and is around 450g and about 32-34".
400g for a year and a half seems a bit light to me, but all snakes are unique, so it might not be a reason to worry.

You can definitely give her two mice at a time. My '10 girls, roughly 4-6 months old are all sitting at 400 grams as well.

It really does depend on the snake.
I've got one that age at 930 grams, and one only a week younger at 540. Just like people, they eat and grow at different rates.

400+ grams for an almost two year old snake is alittle skinny..try offering acouple of items a feeding or try and feed them every 5 days. Bumping up the prey size will help as well..Just to give you an idea of how much they can nary though I have 4 month old snakes sitting at almost 300 grams and animals that are 18 months old at almost 1000 grams, then on the other end I have a 2006 female that is olny 900 grams.

At 300+ grams I bump mine up to small rats in the 40 - 50 gram range if they'll take them.

Re: How big should she be?
I'll try upping her to two mice and see if she'll take them; she wolfed down the last mouse I gave her in no time so I'm pretty sure she'll do it.
She's going to the vet this Saturday for a possible RI, but I have no idea whether she got it before or after I got her, so maybe that's making her not gain as much as she would've normally?
