    2011 Clutch 2 Hatched

It appears I somehow I managed not to post this clutch when it was laid. Anyway, this was from breeding my bumblebee male to a light normal female of mine. She laid 5 eggs and 1 slug on Nov 14. Here's a picture of her on the eggs and the eggs in the incubator box:

Anyway, two of the 5 eggs went bad toward the end of incubation, and another spider was dead in egg (though it appeared it pipped before dying, which I found odd). A tiny 35g spider was the first out of the egg, followed by a 58g bumblebee. So I've been getting hammered so far on 2011 clutches (which are really just spillover from 2010). Anyway, here are a few pre-shed pictures of the runt spider and bumblebee.

I saved 2 of the bumblebee because I thought this one was adorable.

    Thanks for looking!
