no offense but when people post pics freaking out asking whats happening to there snake and its shedding, thats not a good sign for the pet owner .... please spend time to read everything u can on this site... i went from being a snake idiot to learning a good bit about them

it does look like he is shedding. if not, he definately has eye caps (which are retained shed on the eye) which make it real hard for them to see. make sure you keep the humidity up.

"Signs of an imminent shed include a pink or reddish belly, eyes that turn a milky blue-white, and fading colors. These signs clear up a few days before the actual shed. During this time it is a good idea to pay special attention to your humidity levels – bumping them to 60%-70% to ensure there is enough moisture present to assist in the process."

I agree with nicole. It would be easier to tell with better pictures, but the first one looks like it might be a stuck eye cap. Could you get close ups of both eyes?

Stuck eye caps could also be the reason it won't eat. Some snakes will still eat with stuck caps, some it will stress them out and stop them from eatting.
