    Burm always lounging???

So my 4 ish foot burm is getting over a RI and I've notice since I don't check on him every couple hrs like I had been he isn't really using his hide box or laying on his heat pad, all temps are good and humidity is fine, it it ok that he is just laying on top of the box all day, I know he moves around he seems fine however he is still wheezing slightly no other symptoms, does he seem normal?

Yeah, it can but it should be almost less than it was. If he is lounging around and is active at the same time then it seems like he is ok. Did you take him to a vet and thats how he is getting over as with antibiotichs, if treating on your own then you need to decrease humidity and get him to the vet ASAP. What do you mean temps are ok. I always house my snakes with the highest temp possible on the cool side and the lowest temp possible on the Hot side this way when it comes to having to incease the temps due to ailment then I still have room to move up on the warm side. For example, if you burm needs a cool side of somewhere between 74-76 and a hot end of 94-96 giving you an ambient temp of 84-86, then I due my cool side at 76 and my hot end 94 giving me an ambient temp of 84, if my burm gets an RI, then I decrease humdity down to just a small bowl big enough for head for drinking and then I increase my hot end to 96 giving me an ambient temp of 86. humidity is big deal, lower it alot, and once again if you haven't been to the vet GO

No I have already been to a vet and he gave four shots of Fortaz 1 every three days, and he still had slight wheezing so he told me to give four more well he has had a total of six, and still wheezing less an less but still wheezing, however he has never had any other symptoms other then drainage but that has stopped completely never held head up or anything else, he even ate between the four shot sets, temps fine I mean the appropriate temps according to caresheet, during the first set he was in his hide mostly and now he is hanging out on top of his hide, after the last shot three days later he goes back to vet for a re eval so hopefully he will be better, I mean the only thing he is doing anymore is wheezing and unless he hisses/ breathes loud, then u have to hold his head to ur ear to hear him wheeze

You just give the antibiotics. Keep everything super clean. Keep your temps up. Thats about all you can do.
