    I would say the likely cause of this is rubbing, especially if they are symmetrical, this makes infection much more unlikely. If you feed live, it could be related to a mild injury also. Applying some snake friendly neo or antibiotic ointment about once or twice a day should do the trick. If it seems to be getting worse after around a week, try to get your BP looked at by a professional.
