That looks like a cyst with the way it's broken the skin. Easy way to find out what it is, cull the animal, and cut into it. If it's full of puss, no big deal. If it's a fibrosis, then your colony is probably going to be prone to getting these, and will have to be culled at a certain age to prevent it.
If it's cancer, also not a huge deal, since you already culled the ASF in question.
I'm glad my ASFs don't have papilloma virus, since they're pets. I've heard a lot of people have it in their lines, and you really can't get rid of it. Or, I've never heard of anyone trying to get rid of it, at least.
