    Focused on nothing :S

Last night i went to feed my bp a f/t rat pup and he just struck at it and dropped it so i tried one more time and he did the same thing so i figured id just let it stay in there till i went to bed, 4 hours later i checked if he ate it and he didnt so i took it out and ever since i took it out he has been sitting with his head out of his hide in striking position focused on nothing :/ is this normal if they miss a meal or what? :S

It is pretty common for your BP to miss several meals. Some "meal strikes" can last up to a month! Don't worry, try again next week

Levi hit it spot on. It happens.

Last week one of my BPs was striking at everything that moved. So here comes feeding day and he's still striking at anything and everything........ but the mouse.....

Wait another week and see what his feeding response is. My guess is that it'll be a good one

All mine are like that much of the time.. I think they feel safe in the hide but they can keep an eye out at the same time As for skipping a meal, pay close attention as mine usually do that while they are in shed, even if it's not particularly noticeable.
