    Please help me choose.....

    Hi guys

So i have kept other snakes in the past but want to start collecting ball pythons. Now i have a problem because i dont know what morph to choose for now. I can only take 2 of the following:

    1) Het Pieds
    2) Cinnimon
    3) Albino
    4) Spider

Now my question is what will you choose between the 4(they can be mixed) that will be a good breeding pair in the next few years. I am looking for something that will be a good investment with the offspring they produce.

    thanx guys

Can't go wrong with albinos and pieds recessive.

Well you aren't going to be able to do much with the Cinnamon or Spider without other morphs, so the ideal thing to do is to buy two het pieds or two albinos. Really depends on what you like!
    Hope this helps

I love spiders, but I'd say go for recessives now and worry about doms and others later! It's a slightly longer wait, but get hets from a very reputable breeder and I'm sure you will do fine!

Depends what you like in a morph... I am am guessing money is not an issue as two albino balls are not in the same price range as two cinnys. You need to decide what you like best and go with it... I agree though recessives are great

Here's a few ideas that i think would be good to go with. IF you can only choose 2 animals only from that group...

    Het Pied Pair
Female Albino x Male Cinnamon or
    Female Albino x Male Spider

Honestly I would just get a female Albino or Pied and wait on the male.

    Re: Please help me choose.....

I would go with the cinny and spider. A 1.1 combo. You can do alot with those two morphs. Add a pastel and fire later for some great combos. Thays my personal preference. I would save up your money and just buy the piebald amd albino.
    1.0 Pastel
    0.1 Bumblebee
    1.0 Fire
    0.1 Cinny
    0.2 Normal
    1.0 Mojave Het Hypo

I'd get 2 females, a cinny and an albino. Then next year buy a male cinny het albino.

Its totally up to you. It depends on what you wanna do in the future, and what you currently are looking for. In my opinion id go with 2 females.... a spider and an albino.
