I just bult a rack, but I have a question. Do I have to put a thermometer in every tub?

I like using herpstat thermostats, the LCD panel provides a contant readout of probe tempature. I do have one rack thats controlled with a reostat. I have indoor/outdoor digitial therometer on the heat tape to see what the temps are at for it. I always use a infared temp gun for my spot checks.

I only put one in next to the thermostat probe. I use a temp gun to check temps every now and then. you can put one at the bottom and top of the rack if you want. that works.

dont temp guns just measure surface temp...how do you measure air temps
