Sorry about the rambling there. I wanted to edit, but I guess it's to late.
The cool side is actually around 75 without the mini UTH and 80 over it and the warm side is only 86. Also, there is a fine layer of aspen bedding on the cage floor so the temps are basically from the cage bottom.
